Hangzhou Delta Art Light Co., Ltd. operates this website and its customer account service. This notice explains the information used to provide those services and how to contact us about it.

Information you provide

Customer registration asks for your contact name, company name, email address, city and country or region. These fields identify your business and allow us to provide account access and respond to enquiries. Your company website is optional. Without the required fields and email verification, we cannot complete online registration; you can still contact us directly.

We use your email for verification, account approval messages and password recovery. You also choose a password. Verification codes and recovery links are for account security and should not be shared. When you enquire about products, we receive the information you send, including product references, quantities, destination and delivery requirements.

How information is used

We use business contact details to manage customer access, answer requests, prepare quotations and discuss or fulfil orders. Account and technical records help us operate the website and investigate access problems or misuse. Registering an account does not itself subscribe you to a marketing mailing list.

Where data-protection law requires a legal basis, these activities relate to responding to your request or performing a contract, our legitimate interests in managing business relationships and protecting the service, and applicable legal obligations for business records. Any separate activity that requires consent should be explained when that consent is requested.

Cookies and website services

The account service uses cookies to maintain sessions and recognise a signed-in customer. Blocking these cookies may prevent login and access to protected product details. The website also records technical information such as IP addresses and login times.

Optional analytics requires your cookie choice. Registration and password recovery do not subscribe you to marketing.

Who handles the information

Relevant Delta staff use customer information for the purposes above. Website hosting, email delivery and other website service providers process information needed to supply their services. Our website is hosted in Germany, and our business team operates in China; information may therefore be handled outside your home country. Contact us for details about the arrangements relevant to your information.

Retention and account closure

Account details support your customer access and the business relationship. How long other information is needed depends on outstanding enquiries, orders, record-keeping obligations and any disputes. Account closure does not necessarily remove order or accounting records that must be retained. Contact us to request closure or to ask about the information and retention criteria applying to your account.

Your requests

You can ask us about your information, request corrections or request account closure. Depending on the law that applies, you may also have rights to access, deletion, restriction, objection or portability, and to withdraw consent where processing relies on it. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. You may also contact your relevant data-protection authority; for UK concerns, this is the Information Commissioner’s Office.

Downloads and cookie choices

Catalogue, datasheet and original photo downloads require a customer account and separate approval from Delta. We record the registration or access-request IP address and estimate its country locally to help review company and location details. Country mismatches hold registration for human review before an account is created; a review alert is emailed to Delta. They are not used for automatic rejection. Review notes and approval decisions are restricted to authorised staff. Public product previews can still be copied. We record the customer ID, account email, company, document and request time to manage access, understand which materials customers use and support relevant enquiries. These records are available only to authorised Delta staff and retained for up to 180 days. They are separate from optional website analytics.

Essential cookies support sign-in and secure access. Google Analytics load only after you choose Accept optional. Reject optional leaves these tools disabled. Your choice is remembered for up to 180 days on this browser. Use Cookie settings in the footer to change or withdraw your choice. Analytics providers may process information outside your country.
